Retaining highly qualified educators is essential for student success. As an educator myself, I understand the challenges our educators face and will advocate for fair, competitive compensation that reflects their vital role.

Our schools should not lag in per-pupil support. I will advocate for restoring the school system's share of the county budget, ensuring our students remain our community's most important investment.
